We are excited to showcase this projcect, the Conversion of 1 Bedroom Flat to a 2 Bedroom Flat. In this project, we removed the kitchen and installed it into the living room, creating an open planned living room and kitchen, while also creating a new bedroom from the former kitchen space. The result is a spacious, modern 2-bedroom flat with a nice big kitchen and a modern bathroom. This also help our client to increase the rental value of their investment!
